We played a little Wii, made a little gingerbread house that collapsed because we were too anxious to wait for it to dry before we loaded it with candy, threw away the house that collapsed and built a gingerbread train instead, we watched The Polar Express, went to SHOPKO which is almost as good as Target but not really, hit up a craft fair at da' U.P. State fairgrounds, played at the playground, ate turkey, did dishes, ate chocolate strata pie, practiced "the family bed," confirmed that attachment parenting is not our thing because we think the family bed sucks, we prefer large 60 pound dogs who lick themselves in our bed instead of little boys who do acrobatics, we visited, ate, ate, ate, and then had a snack, had coffee and Old Dutch BBQ potato chips, went to the print shop, took Grampa Great out for dinner and just hung out --- oh and we have been practicing for the end of the world because when we got home our house was FORTY DEGREES...who's the idiot that did that????? OH...it must be me, Big Momma the one who did all of the shopping, the laundry, got the dog to the kennel, gassed up and cleaned out the car, took Jeepers to and from school, packed for everyone and loaded up the car before we left on Wednesday! I am not bitter --- just bitter cold.- B.M.
