When I was little we had a rusty green wagon with a bumper sticker that read "you are the solution to water pollution" on the back. I pulled it proudly around the neighborhood where I grew up for many years. I never knew that someday,that would in fact be true.
Shortly after this photo, we were escorted out of the warm East Bay waters because of elevated E-Coli levels.
