As I type this my mother and Jeepers are making a meatloaf but they are improvising because I DO NOT OWN A MEATLOAF PAN. I am sitting in the other room laughing to myself as I type this because I just know she is going to serve it with potatoes and fresh/frozen corn. I also know that there is a good chance, Jeepers will hide it in his potatoes and then ask Gramma what is for dessert. Isn't that what all kids do when someone tries to serve them an improvised loaf that should've just been a burger on the grill? Loafs are for bread, not meat.

you could always try making meatloaf cupcakes like Jack Mac's mom...I don't believe that you don't own a cupcake pan :) Who wouldn't love beef treats / dessert???
