A little fun, a little drama,
A few crabby kids to their mommas.
Lots of snuggling and reading books,
Only 1 Petoskey stone found but lots of looks.
Dinners cooked with charcoal and too many treats,
The worlds nastiest and dirtiest feet.
Not enough showers but baths in the lake,
Not having to lift a mower or a rake.
Missing golfdad and the Jones' too,
Needing someone to help us figure out what to do.
Trips to town, Beach Bards and the Totem Shop,
Lots of chardonnay and blowing out a flip flop.
Now we are home before we leave again next week,
Can't wait to give golfdad a kiss on the cheek.
